Michelle Young works on a variety of investigatory and litigation matters in connection with Baker Hostetler's appointment as counsel to the SIPA Trustee in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Services LLC. Most notably, Ms. Young is a member of the internal Discovery Team, which oversees all discovery issues arising out of the liquidation. This team manages all aspects of discovery for the attorney teams handling the investigation, as well as claims and lawsuits that have been, and will be, brought by the Trustee to recover assets for defrauded customers. Beyond her litigation work, Ms. Young also focuses her practice on matters involving privacy and data security.
